NetOctopus is one of many commercial programs that will do this. RevRDist
is a shareware solution that might work for you. I believe Apple's new
Network Administrator software will do this as well (I'm waiting for
specifications on it).

You need either the 7.5 Disk Tools disk (image file on your 7.5 CD) or the
Network Access Disk from Apple, which gives you a minimum boot up in 7.5
along with network access. I use that disk A LOT. It's on Apple's FTP
server, though I don't have the exact path.
