I recommend Microsoft Office 6-in-1 by Townsend et. al. Alpha Books
macmillan 201 West 103 Street Indianapolis Indiana. This book gives a fine
introduction to the whole package and I use it with my students. The proice
is about $30.00. For a 12-15 hour course you might have to develop some
addition material to help studnest focus in on a problem. I find the
tutorilas that come with the package to be excellent -- especially the
"search" command. Some of my students have even assembled their own
materials by printing out pages from the tutorial.
Good Luck!!
