I have had my ZipDrive on it's side since I purchased it a year and a half
ago, and I have never had any problems with it. It is hooked up to a PowerPC.
I also carry it around with me alot with a powerbook 160 to use for
multi-media presentations, and I have never had any failure. To me, it is one
of my very best purchases. Good Luck!
