Appletalk transfer software wanted

I often have to transfer new applications or remove applications from many
Macintosh computers at once. I am interested in finding any software which
will do this across an appletalk network.

Also, does anyone know how to create a floppy disk which will boot up a
Macintosh 7.5 system. The last time I tried the software would not fit
onto one disk.
