Input on Transportation Program

I have been in contact with several school districts concerning a
transportation program design. Most seem to think that what is available
doesn't fit their needs. After talking with them I have decided to
design a program that will meet their needs such as bus transfers and
multiply school settings.

What I am looking for is any input on what you would like to see in a
transportation program?

The program that I am working on will allow for a print out of a bus
route, the actual directions of that route, pick up and drop off times,
bus transfers, multiple drop off and pick up points, a password
protected student database that includes important information like
emergency phone numbers, etc.
