If someone else has responded to your message, feel free to ignore this, I
have been on vacation for a few days.
To communicate with Windows 3.11, you will need an account with an Internet
service provider, TCP/IP program for your computer and a mail program like
Eudora. The TRC/IP -- I use Trumpet -- will dial in to the provider number
and make the connection. They will provide you with an IP address. Then
Eudora or Netsacpe or other browser will allow you to send and receive
messages. FTP will allow you to send and receive programs.
Harry.
