Cray Computing has a program called RTFTOHTML. It will not convert
particularly sophisticated word processing formats, but it works
very well for most documents. RTFTOHTML is available for DOS,
Macintosh and Unix. If you do a web search, you will find it.

What you do is save the document as RTF, then run the program on
the resulting file.
