There is a utility called rtftohtml that I played with a while ago. It
seemed to do a reasonable job but I never tried it with the hard stuff
(e.g. tables w/ netscape specific attributes thrown in).
Off hand I don't remember where I got it. (It is shareware, I believe)
but a search for that string in alta vista etc. should get the location
for you.
