Both Wordperfect and Word have html editors. Download them (free) from
their websites. I use Word's Internet Assistant (it goes with Word for
Windows 3.1). It will convert your document to basic html - no support for
tables at this time. It will be a button inside word once it is loaded.
It's a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor, with the ability for
you to highlight text, then click on the option on the toolbar, and viola -
change to the html format you want.
