The following comes from the chair of our math department:

I've just been appointed the editor of the activities section of the
Mathematics Teacher for the 1997-98 academic year. The MT is the
publication of the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics, is written
for secondary mathematics teachers, and has a circulation of about 70,000.
At this stage I am trying to identify potential authors, and I suspect that
there might be some interest in the ISDE forum. All of the recent issues
of MT have activities in them, and looking at those articles would give you
a good idea of the content, level, and format required.
Activities submitted would be reviewed by a panel of teachers and
educators that I will chair.
Let me know what you think. I'll be happy to answer any questions you have.
Best,
