Novell 4.1 problems?

Is there a problem with Novell Netware 4.1 in the educational setting. We
have 3 file servers and will soon add another one. With this new one I want
to install 4.1 and eventually convert the other three from 2.2 to 4.1. We are
running ICLAS on the current 2.2 servers. I would remove this as we upgraded
each server.

Making this switch I think would make logging in cleaner network wide.
I think 4.1 has more features than we need, but for the same price isn't it
better to go with the current version?

Have others made this move? What are the problems? Any Benefits? Are there
any bugs that make 4.1 not worth the trouble in an educational setting?
