This may help even though we are not using ICLAS. If you are using Print
Shop Deluxe (DOS version) then we found that students could only use the
program if they can write temp files to the psd subdiectory in the program.
These files don't seem to disappear so a student with limited network
directory space may over flow this limit with one of these temp files.
I like the output but I'm not too keen on the way the program works.
