Everybody has suggested using Control-T, but on our version of Pine
(3.91) you must first hit Control-j key combination to enable the
Control-t combo. You must have your cursor on the Attachment line. Also
as noted you must have previously uploaded and saved the file in your
online storage area or transferred a file from off the Internet and saved
it in your storage space.
