You will probably need a full time technical person with
150 users regardless of the NOS selected. The issue is
whether one person can be both technician and administrator. You will
find the answer depends upon the skill set of the person you hire. There
are many more trained Novell CNE and CNA staff available than either
Banyon or NT. However if you have a tech and he/she needs to learn the
NOS you will find NT the easiest to learn and maintain.
