I have a large network with several servers and a mix of HPs and Macs. From
our HP labs we can see the Library server and log on to programs in the
library like their automated card catalog and their networked CD rom towers.
We cannot do this yet from the Mac lab. Does anyone out there know if it's
possible for Macs to log on to an IBM compatible server, like our library, and
be able to use the programs offered. I'm told we need a program like Mac
Mandarin on the Mac side and have to have Mac NLMs loaded on the server. Has
anyone out there tried this or have an existing network like this that works.
