Novell, like any robust networking software can be complex or simple,
depending on the configuration. I administered a 15 station Novell
network for 2 years with only about an hour's training. Since that time
my network has expanded a bit (42 servers and 250 stations in 40 sites)
and I have taken several Novell certified courses in LAN management. I
can strongly recommend that you take some of those classes to simplify
your task. There are many management-easing features available in Novell
that are taught in these classes.
