Mississippi State has a VERY interesting lab project--learning from
a base of 0 information. Computer learning from nothing. Tabula Rosa (sp?)
The whole project is called (KUDZU Knowledge Under Development from Zero
Understand).
Alan M Turing
He was an English mathematician and he devised a way of evaluating
digital computations so as to make a rough estimate of a computer's
"reasoning" abilities (this is a simplistic summary, mind you).
