Several people I work with do this all of the time. Perhaps you are having
problems because of the size of the files you are trying to electronically
transfer. I would suggest you try zipping the file (on the IBM side). You
Mac counterparts, using StuffIt, should be able to expand the file and use
it in PowerPoint.
