Hi, Cheryl!
Without actually having your program to work with and not knowing exactly what
you mean by "... using QBasic commands...," this is shooting in the dark.
But I sometimes hit, even then ;-) The PrintScreen Key will copy the active
screen to the clipboard, where it can be placed into another program.
You might try opening Word or Paintbrush as the "other program", getting the
graphic screen you want printed onto the visable screen by running your QBasic
program, hitting PrtScr, switching to the other program with Alt+Esc, hitting
Ctl+v to put the clipboard image into Word or Paintbrush. Then you are
home free... you can write about the graphic, change its features,
and make other additions/alterations then print it.
This is the process I used when I was writing the documentation for my Master
School Schedule Builder and my School Library Circulation software. It's
pretty powerful *IF* you have enough memory to run two programs at the
same time.
Cordially,
R*
