Power Point from IBM to Mac

Trying to find out specific information on anyone using PowerPoint for
presentations. We are trying to post presentations on a Web site for all
media specialist to download. The presentation was created in the IBM
format. We have had trouble when downloading it on the Mac side. Has
anyone had experience sharing presentations across platforms.... is there
some "tricks" of the trade that we are missing?!?! We have been successful
at sharing presentations on disk and they work well.... but really want to
do it through Web downloads. Any assistance or information will be greatly
appreciated!
