There are two easy ways to find the order-of-battle for the
beginning of the campaign: the fourth volume of BATTLES AND LEADERS
(the collection of recollections published by the Century Company
in the 1880s) or the orders-of-battle in Gordon Rhea's new study of
the Wilderness. Other studies of the Wilderness conflict have orders of
battle as well. HOWEVER, the order of battle changed quite a bit
over the next year. Regiments left service or were consolidated;
new regiments joined; units were shifted about. BATTLES AND LEADERS
possesses periodic updates; a long search through the OFFICIAL RECORDS
will provide even more detail; so will tracing unit histories through
William Fox's REGIMENTAL STRENGTHS AND LOSSES (I believe I have this
right, although others are free to chime in).
