If you haven't already, I suggest that you look at Edmund Wilson's
PATRIOTIC GORE. I don't have a copy in front of me, so can't say if
Henry Morford is discussed. But even if Wilson overlooked Morford,
I venture to say that you will find it a fascinating book.
