Confederate hospital records are scarce. The National Archives reference
sources are short in this area. Nonetheless you might try some of the "Unfiled
Papers and Slips Belonging to Confederate Compiled Service Records" M347 as
well as M861. Also the various State archives might have some material. The
Tennessee State Library and Archives has some early war hospital records from
Memphis., so, your most productive sources might be at that level. I believe
even the Chimborazo complex even had the various hospitals organized along
state lines.
