For those of us new to the list, it would be helpful if individuals
posting messages adequately identified themselves. SOmeone signing
himself "Claude" with an address of Claude5382@aol.com may be known
to other H-CivWar netters, but as far as I'm concerned, his was an
anonymous message. I for one would like some idea of who the people
offering opinions are.
