I have in hand a letter from a researcher trying to
locate the papers of two individuals who served with the
1st Arkansas Sharpshooters, CSA ( also known as Stirman's
Sharpshooters ). The individuals are Col. Eramsmus I. Stirman
and 1st Lieutenant William Skelton.
Does anyone know if either of these men left letters, diaries,
etc?
