I'll toss a few suggestions in the hat, all CDs and mostly reprocessed
from analog tape/phonodisc but very good performances, available (at
least hereabouts) and moderately priced (for CDs, that is):
Gottschalk piano music, played by Leonard Pennario, ANGEL 64667
"Homespun America" (a miscellaney of Hutchinson songs, cornet band, etc.
VOX Box (2 CDs) CDX5088
"The Great Sentimental Age" (Civil War songs, ballads by Foster, etc.)
VOX Box (2 CDs) CDX5016

There is also a nice tape of band music from the era on period instruments,
the exact data on which I don't have at hand.
