I suppose we all have mixed feelings about the movie that will be coming
out in a few days. I know my class is all agog -- I wish I had assigned
_Killer Angels_ rather than the book I did assign.
Anyway, traffic in this discussion group has grown in the past few days,
which I am also happy to see. I would like to ask one thing, however:
I think we could all get more out of the discussion if the tone of the
conversation remains collegial. We have been fairly good so far, and I
would like to see that level of professionality continue.
