SOCIETY FOR THE HISTORY OF CHILDREN AND YOUTH
Membership Application
Because SHCY will begin
publishing the tri-annual Journal for the
History of Children and Youth in January 2008,
the Executive Council has established new membership fees that will
include an annual subscription to the journal.
Membership
dues (including a subscription to the journal) will be $50 per year for regular
dues and $25 for graduate students. Membership includes 1) a one-year subscription to the new
Journal for the History of Children and Youth
and 2) SHCY membership through December 31, 2008.
There are two ways of paying
for your membership in SHCY.
1. FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO PAY
WITH A CHECK:
Print out and complete this
form, then mail it with $50 check (in U.S. dollars---$25 if you are a student)
made out to SHCY to:
James Marten, History Department, Marquette University, P. O. Box 1881,
Milwaukee, WI 53201-1881.
2. FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO PAY
WITH A CREDIT CARD or with non-US currency:
Copy this form and paste it
into an email to
james.marten@marquette.edu.
You will receive an email invoice
asking you to pay through a PayPal account. If you don't have a PayPal account,
it is free (and easy) to set one up. PayPal is a secure online billing service
that is used by many businesses and non-profit organizations (for information go
to https://www.paypal.com/). Using PayPal
allows SHCY to receive credit card and online payments. It is the only
way SHCY can accept funds paid via credit card.
