The annual meeting will take place at the Hyatt Regency Penn's Landing, located at 201 South Columbus Blvd. in Philadelphia. Rooms are $134/night, single or double, $159 for a triple (rates do not include tax). Please remember that reservations must be made by March 7 in order to receive the special meeting rate, but we encourage reserving by February 25 in order to secure a room in the conference hotel. After the BHC room bloc at the Hyatt Regency is filled, conference participants will be referred to other nearby hotels.

In order to receive the BHC discount rate, attendees should make reservations using the hotel's on-line booking system at the site specifically set up for BHC members. Please use this telephone number, rather than the hotel's general reservation number, so that you reach Hyatt personnel who know the BHC's special rate.
