The annual meeting will take place at the Hyatt Regency Columbus, located at 350 North High Street in Columbus. Rooms are $134/night, single or double (rates do not include tax), and will be valid for the period March 17-26. Please remember that reservations must be made by February 27 in order to receive the special meeting rate, but we encourage reserving by early February in order to secure a room in the conference hotel. After the BHC room bloc at the Hyatt Regency is filled, conference participants will be referred to other nearby hotels.
In order to receive the BHC discount rate, attendees should make reservations using the hotel's on-line booking system at the site specifically set up for BHC members. The link is https://resweb.passkey.com/go/

Please use this number, rather than the hotel's general reservation number, so that you reach Hyatt personnel who know the BHC's special rate; identify yourself as attending the BHC meeting in Columbus.
Drivers please note that self-parking at the Chestnut Street Garage (located 1 block south of the hotel and connected via a covered skywalk) is available for $13/overnight with in-out privileges. Hotel valet parking is also available, at a rate of $24/overnight with in-out privileges.
