EBHA Paper Prize Information

The Council of the European Business History Association decided last year that the Association would launch a new prize for the best paper on European business history to be presented at EBHA's annual meeting. The first prize will be awarded at the EBHA Milan meeting in June 2009. The prize committee hereby announce a call for papers for those wishing to participate in this competition.

Papers which comply with the following three criteria are eligible:

1) the paper is on European business history

2) the paper is related to the conference theme

3) the paper is delivered by the deadline (22 May 2009)

The term "European business history" is defined broadly, and it is related to the topic of the paper, NOT to the author's nationality.

Those interested in participating in the competition should send their papers by 22 May 2009 by email to Susanna Fellman (susanna.fellman@helsinki.fi). Papers received after the deadline will not be considered.
