All rooms that we will use for the conference sessions are equipped with a Windows Computer (with Office 2000), connected to the Internet and a video projector. Those persons who are planning to show a Power Point or other visual presentation should save it on a USB memory stick (Windows-compatible) and we will upload it on the desktop computer immediately before the beginning of each session. It will not be possible to connect notebook/laptop computers directly to the video projector.
All participants will also have wi-fi connection in the conference area (passwords and instructions will be distributed together with the other conference materials). Participants will also have access to a computer room (located in the conference building) with desktop computers connected to the Internet and printer (although the amount of printing for each user is limited) during these time slots:
Thursday, June 11 and Friday, June 12: 16-19 (4:00-7:00 p.m.)
Saturday, June 13: 12-14.30 (12:00-2:30 p.m.)
