The Division of Research and Education Programs will begin
accepting proposals for national summer institutes in both higher
education and in elementary and secondary education on February
1, 1996, AND WILL CONTINUE ACCEPTING THEM UNTIL March 1, 1996
(the deadline for seminar proposals as well). These are postmark
deadlines.
