Two or three CROs now have email (Herts, Somerset) but in general
they are not yet on line. The NRA can now
be reached via the Inst. of Historical Research (Sargent@sas.ac.uk).
A new (3rd) edition of Foster & Sheppard is published next month
(Macmillan) and is the
best source for UK archival addresses.
