I teach a similar course for second and third year students. It's
possibly a bit more general than your course, but I use De Lamar
Jensen _Reformation Europe_ (D.C. Heath) for a general narrative
background, Englander, Norman, O'Day and Owens _Culture and Belief
in Europe, 1450-1600_ and a large packet of xerox readings.
Students also read _The Return of Martin Guerre_, watch the film
and then read the AHR forum. I use _The Age of Reform_ in my
senior seminar as a starting point for Reformation discussions --
as an undergraduate we used it as a third year text and it was
perfect for the course and approach.

To my mind, _Culture and Belief_ is an excellent anthology (I hope
it's still in print) with a good balance of England and continent.
