Newgrange (Ireland)

Can anyone suggest any research (esp. archaeological research) on
the Newgrange site in Ireland? I've read a booklet coauthored
by Morgan Llywelyn suggesting that Newgrange was built by Neolithic
peoples as a vehicle for religious ceremonies, but I've really
not been able to find a wide range of research.
