CFP: British invention or technology

I don't have anything that would be helpful for this panel, but I
would like information on the conference itself, since I have done a
fair amount of work on the role of immigrants in technology
dissemination and the government's fostering of that in Elizabethan
England.

If anyone has information on submitting proposals for the conference,
please reply to the list or to me privately. Thank you.
