Could you give more extensive quotes? Why are you surprised to find
no reference to Christ as redeemer --except the conventional incipits of
wills, of course?
I'm as puzzled by your 'brother John' business as you, but could
you quote these particular bits more extensively? with the nature of the
bequests, for instance.
