Henry Hetherington

I'm looking for information on Henry Hetherington and his work with the
1840 Halfpenny Magazine, which falls outside the boundaries of the Hollis
and Weiner books. The Dictionary of Labour Biography doesn't mention it
either. Can anyone recommend a good bio of Hetherington?
