Has anyone in this discussion of sources re prophecy mentioned the
thesis written by Mark Houlahan, now back in New Zealand, for the
Department of English, University of Toronto, on the apocalyptic
tradition during the civil war and after? It deals extensively with
prophecy and has an excellent reputation.
