I thought I would run the list again to refresh subscribers' memories about
the TOC project.

Here is the listing so far. If there is a name after the colon, that
is the person who has volunteered to post the contents. If you see an
unclaimed journal and are interested in posting the contents, let me know
(I am trying not to overburden people who have volunteered to cover large
numbers of journals). If you would like to offer a journal not listed, let
me know that as well. We could definitely use journals on Scotland and
Wales .
