Someone asked me off of the list for the standard diagnostic numbers on
George III (providing one accepts the porphyria line I articulated a week
ago). The DSM-IV stuff would read:

Axis I: 293.83 Mood Disorder Due to Acute Intermittent Porphyria, With
Mixed Features

Axis II: 277.1 Porphyria, Acute Intermittent

In the ICD-10 Codes:

FO6.33 Mood Disorder Due to Acute Intermittent Porphryia, With Mixed
Features

I apologize for casting this out on the list but I deleted the original
inquiry after promising to send it out.
