Re: Irish Parliament (local/personal acts)
There is a microfilm set *The printed records of the
Parliament of Ireland 1613-1800* published by Trans-Media
Publishing Company, Dobbs Ferry, New York 10522. I have
just gone through the *survey and bibliographical guide*
intended to accompany the film set. No mention is made
of the exclusion of any material, which includes Votes,
Journals, Reports, Bills, Statutes at Large, Debates, etc.
So if local/personal acts were printed, this would seem
a likely place to find them. In the chapter on the
House of Commons Journals the author of the guide states:
"Here are to be found references not just to the big
events and personalities but also the procedures and, if
they have found their way into the pages of the Journal,
the grand officials and the small fry who supported it."
I hope this is of use to you.
