Skip Knox is making a very good point, and one in which I have a personal
interest. Every time someone's mailbox fills, further postings sent from the
list to that individual are addressed to me for some action, whatever it
might be.
There are several programs that permit one to download one's mail, and to
upload and send one's replies relatively automatically. Eudora is
highly-regarded, so I will try to place a copy of it in HNSource
information server. [telnet ukanaix.cc.ukans.edu login=history
vt100 emulation required; or http://kuhttp.cc.ukans.edu/history/WWW_main.html,
or ftp ukanaix.cc.ukans.edu login=anonymous, pw=your identity cd
pub/history/utilities] I realize that this will not help commercial
users, but it may be of use to others.
