Our Lady & St. Patrick's College, Knock, announces the creation of the

This marks a significant first for the College, now as the first

the College available publicly via the Internet, with Genesis Project,
Belfast supplying the necessary Internet services.

Currently the World Wide Web home page of Our Lady & St. Patrick's
College, Knock, gives details and background History of the College,
with various aspects of College life captured by scanned photographs
and displayed for the world to see. Other topics covered in these
pages on the Internet are the Aims of the College, Facilities
available, Curriculum Provision, the Library and Study Facilities,
details interesting potential Parents, and a complete list of current
Staff including a recently taken group photograph. Finally, details
about the Pastoral Care within the College, with additional
information about the Sporting and Leisure aspects and
Extra-curricular Activities are accessible.

A quote from Genesis's Project's Northern Ireland Information Centre:

" Many second level education institutions in Northern Ireland are
now experimenting with the Internet. Our Lady & St. Patrick's College
at Knock is the first we know of to have their own WWW page. "

Comments regarding the information of the College have come from
America, UK, and of-course Northern Ireland with Gerry O'Connor, the
