The place to start, as I'm sure you know, is Toby Barnard's
monograph Cromwellian Ireland. Jane Ohlmeyer's recent monograph on Antrim
might also be of some use. Perhaps your student might write to Dr. Barnard
at Hertford College, Oxford. His knowledge of Irish archives is
tremendous, and he is very generous.
