The Royal Commission on Historical Manuscripts has in hand a little series that
reveals the locations of papers of prominent British men and women.
If I remember correctly the one on British politicians contains an
entry for Wyse. The advantage of this series is that it claims to
be comprehensive for the holdings of each person. As you know the bulk
of the paper might be in the NLI but important bits may be scattered to
the four corners. This guide lists US and UK holdings.
