Re: Sir Thomas Wyse-- James Johnston Auchmuty wrote a biography of the
reformer published in 1939, and Winifred Wyse in 1901, published
`Notes on education reform in Ireland" based on Wyse's private papers. Perhaps
those works would point you to the location of Wyse's papers.
