There has been considerable traffic on this thread. I wonder whether anyone
would be prepared to produce a bibliography of the material mentioned which we
could put on the gopher. It could take the form of a bibliography raisonne'e,
incorporating comments made by colleagues and, perhaps, your own thoughts
too. Are there, for example, any grad students out there who are interested
and have the time?
