The Alcohol and Temperance History Group, an international organization over
fifteen years old, publishes the twice yearly SOCIAL HISTORY OF ALCOHOL REVIEW.
Its members study virtually all geographical regions and all chronological
periods and from a great many perspectives (for instance, gender, ethnicity and
race, class, community, business, rhetoric, and pressure groups).
