prostitutes in Restoration England

I am a grad student researching images and perceptions of prostitutes in
Restoration England in the popular literature - ballads, broadsides,
chapbooks, etc. While there are some wonderful primary sources, I have been
unable to find useful secondary literature - most scholarship is either
Victorian (in date, attitude, &/or time frame), deals with "high"
literature, or covers only Charles II's mistresses. Can anybody give me
some ideas on where to look?
